  A friend has asked what service I am using and I will be referring him to the OnTrack web site! I told him it's early in the game for me to tell him much other than the great service you have given me and being there when I need you which means a lot but I thought it would be well worth his while to check out. I told him about the other groups I had checked out and the high fees associated with their service too. I told him how the others treat you like a number and then shove you off on someone else after the initial contact but Ontrack Financial Group doesn't do that and the person you start with is the person you stay with.   Ontrack Financial Group was an excellent company to work with. They were persistant in resolving my credit problems and were able to help me repair my credit history at a very low cost.   Thank You so much!. To make it short, I was able to locate the Title Company that handled the payoff checks. They forwarded to me the front & back of the cancel check cashed by Providian Card Services. The information was forwarded to the collection agency. They notified Providian and updated their records and I requested a payoff letter be sent to me and that they notify the credit bureau and correct their records. If I ever need your service again you can bet I will be calling Ontrack Financial Group. Cynthia O.
